Radius accounting data sent from AP (3825i) with C25 controller

Radius accounting data sent from AP (3825i), using a C25 controller, is not sending the amount of inbound/outbound octets and not getting a byte count because of that

Here is the raw tcpdump data received on the radius server:

Accounting Input Packets Attribute (47), length: 6, Value: 0
0x0000: 0000 0000
Accounting Output Octets Attribute (43), length: 6, Value: 0
0x0000: 0000 0000
Accounting Input Octets Attribute (42), length: 6, Value: 0
0x0000: 0000 0000
Accounting Output Giga Attribute (53), length: 6, Value: 0
0x0000: 0000 0000

Hello Kevin,

I would suggest contacting the GTAC and opening up a ticket.

Hello Doug,

Let me look up the ticket. I know this would require me to review the setup, I just would not want you posting it up here on a public site. I will get back to you shortly.

Thanks,

Doug
