I tried to make a support account so I would be able to send in a ticket for the support department.
But everytime when I make it, and I tried different browser, I get an error at the captiva, API error.It witholds me to make an account, can anyone help me because I have a question about bandwith limits etc.
Would you be able to provide the full error message you are seeing? Also we see that your company has a portal account already with the info@<yourdomain> email address, just so you are aware.
