 Aerohive APs appears to be in use under another VIQ

Hi,
Our customer has bought 8 AP370 devices to go with 70 odd devices they all ready own. Unfortunately they come up as in use by another VIQ.
The reseller doesn't seem to understand that even if they were used on a local controller by their supplier, they are still registered to Aerohive/ExtremeCloudIQ.

What steps do we need to do to get them freed up for us to add these serial numbers?

Hi Malcolm, thank you for providing those serial numbers. I do see them still registered to the previous owner so I'll need to reach out to them to get permission to remove those old records. As soon as we have that permission I can free these devices up so you can add them to your inventory, I'll let you know as soon as that happens. Just to let you know, I'm not seeing any old records for 03701604110098, can you double check that serial number and if it's correct, could you attempt to add that device again and let me know if you see any errors?
