 Adding co-workers to portal and the hub

Who would we have to contact to add co-workers to the support portal and the hub?
Or is there a self-service URL that I’m missing?

Hi Frank, both are self-service sign ups:

For the portal: 

  1. Go to extremeportal.force.com
  2. Click Login or Sing Up in the top right hand corner
  3. Click Create a new Extreme Portal account
  4. Fill in the required information
  5. Click Register

For the Community:

  1. Go to community.extremenetworks.com
  2. Click Login in the top right corner
  3. Click Create an account at the top of the pop up window
  4. Fill in the required information
  5. Click Register 

 

If your co-workers have any trouble registering for either site, please let me know!

Sam, thank you so much for your answer!

And therein lies the rub. No “create account” link for me (I probably don’t have the rights)

Would you happen to be able to email me who in my new, large, and at times confusing company has those rights?
No rush, it’s the weekend.

Hi Frank, hope you had a good weekend! I just confirmed this with our portal team to be sure, but anyone should be able to register for a portal account. It’s not the intended workflow for you not to see the create account link. Could you send me a screenshot of what you see when you try to log in to/create an account the portal, so I can show our IT team and get them working on this for you? If you’d rather send the screenshot to me directly, please feel free to send it to community@extremenetworks.com

I think I see where I misunderstood you. My bad!

I’ll check with my co-worker, have him create his own account, and then we’ll see how we can add him to our company.
