    For the last 4 days I'm unable to access any EXOS Downloads. "Site Maintenance" - "Please try again later."
    Is this just me? Any ETA on returning to service?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience but a lot of the features on the support portal are still under maintenance. As of now there isnt an ETA but it is being actively worked on and updates may be provided on the page below:

    doesn't work for me either - resetting password just loops as well

    Stephen, Were you able to log-in to the portal?

    I did confirm you have an account created.
    Please let us know if you're still having trouble.

    yes I can, thanks Ryan... the password reset screen doesn't acknowledge that you've asked for a reset and the emal took about 10 mins so I thought it wasn't working. all good now though.

    Glad you were able to log in to the Extreme Portal Stephen. Once again, I'm sorry for the frail process that you had to endure to get access to the new site.

    I'm afraid this is a temp process that will be replaced with a more robust self-service user registration/profile management on the portal in the coming weeks.

    We'll keep working to accelerate a proper solution. I hate that you ran in to so many dead ends.
