On Cisco IOS during debug sessions "logging synchronous" will make handling command execution mutch more easier.

Is there on EXOS an comparable command which helps ?

    Explanation of Logging synchronous:
"This keeps unsolicited messages and debug output from being interspersed with solicited software output and prompts."

    Matthias

I have tried to find this feature as well but looks like EXOS not support it yet.

    Hi Matthias,

I am sharing this article link, hoping that this is what you are looking for. The commands should be helpful for debugging a particular process.

    Hi Matthias,

Got it, I would suggest to raise this as a feature request with your local Extreme sales Engineer.

    Hi Karthik,

i know that KB Article but it address not my demand.

Let's have a look what IOS "logging synchronous" is really doing:

I think this will be very very usefull and will be a great enhancement of EXOS (for all professionals).

Currently EXOS (16.2 / 22.3) is not able to provide such functionality like IOS (which can do that since the last 90's)

    Matthias
