I have summit x450, 460s. How often should one reboot these switches? What commands would you run on...

You shouldn't need to reboot them unless there's an upgrade or some problem you're trying to resolv...

15.7.2.9 on the 460's and 15.3.3.5 v1533b5-patch1-10 on the 450's.

Seems like a lot of random port congestion as well. Utilization is no where near max line rate.

You shouldn't need to reboot them unless there's an upgrade or some problem you're trying to resolve.
What software version are they on, by chance?
