    Is it possible to download G3 firmware from the new portal? I can see the release notes, but not the actual software.

    I would contact the GTAC directly so someone can take a look at your portal account settings.

    G3 is has a lifetime warranty so should have free firmware upgrades until EOL in September 2019. Case 01422016 anyway.

    I fixed the alignment of your G3, it was tied to the company you bought it through. You should be all set and see it now on the download list.
