Hi, My problem is Guest access the ssid, that time mail will send to the authenticate person, after that person approve the access through mail to the guest. What are the requirements need to solve this problem?

I think you can't solve it with the WiNG without additional tools. Not sure if ExtremeGuest support this function.
If not you can take a look to external solution like UCOPIA,

Guest login and register. Someone from the company who provide the captive portal get a mail and can allow or deny access. After allowing the guest get a mail with password.

But yes - using above method you'll need to register every user separately.
Just tried to propose the easiest, in-house, way
