Expand Virtual Hard Drive Netsight VM

We have the VM of NetSight. The VM creates a 100 Gb drive and that is already filled up. I would like to expand the virtual drive to 200 Gb. Can I do this with the resize2fs command on the NetSight VM?

Jeremy, what version of Netsight are you using?

6.3.xxx.. Whatever the latest version is. The database backups are huge (3gb+ each). So I get a critical error every night saying the disk has filled up because of how large the backups are.

If you go to the help section then, your in luck. It's discussed there under "Adding Disk Space to a virtual Appliance"
So to to Help ->Search all topics->type in Adding Disk Space and it will pop up.

Please open a case with the GTAC then.

Are you sure you created a new virtual drive in the VM to be added?

I've prefer/used this method - worked great and I don't need to create another disk = it just increases the current installed one....
