Need assistance releasing two serial numbers from former cloud please so that they may be added to new setup:

I see that device is currently registered to a different user, we’ll need to get approval from the original owner before we can transfer this device to you in our system. I’ve emailed the original owner now, I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back.
