Will this be supported on the Extreme Controllers in future?

I know this is client dependent aswell, in this particular scenario its a WLAN for IOS devices which do support 802.11r with PSK.

In ExtremeWireless, we call 802.11r as Fast Transition(FT). FT works with both PSK and 802.1x authentication methods.

Hi Bin,

Thanks for this. I did think this however

we're running the latest code, 10.31.03.0012 and although FT is available under the Privacy tab when configuring a WLAN service that uses WPA, it does not appear when selecting WPA-PSK.

If you call into GTAC we can have a feature request opened for you to request to add this feature if you wish.
