Could you please give us more details - this isn't Twitter so you'd use more then 280 characters.

i.e. was it working before, how many APs... one/five/all, are the APs in the same subnet as the controller, and so on....

Hi Aman,

Issue with all the APs in the controller? You can attach a cable to the console port and capture the log output via putty.

Hi Nathiya,

We are Planning to Upgrade WLC from V 09.21.19 to 10.41.06.
Could the issue resolve after the upgrade or not?
any recommended version except 10.41.06.

please suggest.

thanks in advance.

I'm 99% sure that it wouldn't fix the issue.

Hi Ronald,

More than 100 APS are here and all are Rebooting randomly.
all are on the same subnet and currently, WLC version is 09.21.19.

Previously it was working.

The first thing that comes to mind is DHCP issue - i.e. 2x DHCP servers in the same scope or someone cleared the lease table.

That would exactly result in the described bahvior = AP restart / randomly / not all APs at the same time.

You'd also check the AP log via the controller GUI to see the reboot reason.
GUI > Logs > AP: Logs > All

I would strongly suggest you open a case with GTAC
