B5K125-24P2 Switch not working , please i need your support

B5K125-24P2 is not working, all lamps is on orange color , when i connect switch with console i got this message

Enterasys B5-Series Boot Code ...
SDRAM Circuit Test of 512 MB
100%


always i got this message all time , please if there is any solution to solve this issue  ?

The best part about having an Enterasys switch is the support.  Call them up and they will help you just because you have the switch.  You do not need a support contract.  If the switch has failed they will send you a new one.

Clearly this device has a fault and/or is bricked. You should contact support. However I am not sure if you can get in touch with them directly without going through your vendor.

You can call them.  Trust me.  If you haven't before you will be pleasantly surprised.
