Hello,

I see following message in the AP Log:

wassp_stats_populate_radio_block()-SIO.gifMTU failed

What should say me this?
I have changed the MTU from 1500 to 1200 but the Radios not working.

Many thanks for your help.

Mario

Hi Mario,

if setting the AP to factory default doesn't work then you could try to upgrade your EWC to the newest code of your used track.It should be 9.15.10 I believe.

Otherwise GTAC need o work on this so we can bring Engineering on board.

Please open a case by GTAC.

regards
UMut

Hello at all,

many thanks for the answers.

@All
- The AP has an active and backup tunnel to both controllers.
- Firmware is the same as the Controller version.
- The AP is local and approved on Controller 1.
- The Radio 1 is hanging in the scanning mode.
- The Radio 2 shows Current Channel Auto and Current TX Power Level OFF

@Engin
1. When did this issue start? --> When the AP is connect to the controller

2. Were any changes made? --> No, only adding the AP!

3. What firmware version is the controller running (which controller)? --> Version 09.15.07.x

4. What model of AP is this? --> AP3805i

That is the AP log, I'm interested in the controller log which you could find in
GUI > logs > EWC: Events > All

Could you try it once again please.
