Hello,
We are looking to setup an Enterasys C25 wireless access controller using RADIUS to authenticate users via a Captive Portal page. Radius Auth requests are passing between the controller and my RADIUS server with no problem however what i'd like is for the IP Address that the connecting client device has to be included in the Auth message (i.e. 'Framed IP' - I believe in Cisco devices this is referred to as RADIUS Attribute 8).

Is this something the C25 can do? I can't see an obvious way to configure it.

I'm not sure we can send it in the request since in most cases the client would not have an IP until the RADIUS accept packet comes back to authenticate the user.

The controller can currently send a RADIUS accounting update once the client is authenticated which will have the Framed-IP = the clients IP (default). Interim accounting updates will go out every 30 minutes by default (configurable) until the client is off the system.
