Peter,

I just looked at the portal and the PDF is posted there under the patch build.  Once you login to the portal paste this link..  https://esupport.extremenetworks.com/eservice_enu/start.swe?SWECmd=Login&SWEPL=1&_sn=IvYkbBv...

Please let me know if you still cannot find it and I will send a dropbox link.

Hi Bill,
I've looked again, but I can't see the release notes.
XOS-File, modules and SSH-Image are available, but not the most important :-) file...the release notes.

Thanks AlexandrP,

but this seems to be the release notes of the non-patch version.
I'm looking for the patch1-1 version.

I believe I fixed the problem in eSupport that was preventing the Release Notes from showing up for you, Peter.  There was a platform field that wasn't set properly when the Release Notes got uploaded to the system.  Would you mind checking again to let me know if it is working properly now?  Worst of all, I think it was my fault since I'm also posting software these days :)
I missed it during my checks - sorry about that!

Hello, Drew!

Is it possibility to see in eSupport is S/N of switch have valid service contract?

Because there is situations when for S/N last soft is avaliable but there is no valid service contract (contact is end before newer soft is appear)

Thank you!

Hi Alexandr,
You should be able to see the list of your company's assets and their support status from within eSupport.

Once logged in, go to "My Account" and then to "My Company's Assets."

Is this what you're looking for?

It's possible that the ones you're looking for are associated with a different site ID in our system than the one(s) you have access to.  GTAC should be able to help fix this for you.

First of all - thanks for help!

There is I can see a lot of items that "No support" and only 2 items with valid support.
This is can't be true - I work in Ukraine's distributor and we have a lot of sold items. ))) All items solds with PartnerWork service.
