Community Platform Outage - Resolved

Our community hosting provider, Get Satisfaction, has been experiencing significant problems with their database server today (2/2/2016).  This resulted in The Hub being unavailable.
Get Satisfaction is diligently working to resolve the issues and it appears things are slowly coming online again as of this post (10:48PM EST).

Update 1: 10AM EST - Most services were restored by 11PM 2/2.  The remainder of services were restored within a few hours of that.  There are still a few known, outstanding issues that are being worked on at this time.
Update 2: As of 2/3, all services have been restored.  If you see any issues, please report them in this thread.

Thanks for keeping the Community informed Drew.

Yesterday's site outage was significant.  Our sincere apologies that the Hub Community was unavailable for most of Feb 2, 2016.

Activity on the site has been brisk since services were restored.  Great to see.
