Default Admin Password is not logging in Ridgeline 3.1

We have installed Ridgeline 3.1. The first time launching itself the default admin password is not logging in...(I have tried the "admin" in both username and password field)

Please make sure that you have enabled a license for Ridgeline.  If you have not done this yet, it will not let you login.

There is an application that should be located under the Extreme Networks folder in your start menu.

We have access key for Ridgeline 3.1. Let me know the Obtain License Key link for Ridgline 3.1.

Because, The link which is available in the documentation of Ridgeline 3.1 is automatically redirected to Ridgeline 4.0

Unfortunately Ridgeline 3.1 is end of support / sale, but if you have a Ridgeline serial number that you can reference, please open a GTAC case or contact GTAC to get your already existing license.
