DFE f/w PoE Clients Intermittently Reset

Matrix N-Series DFE, firmware through
PoE modules, part# xxxxx5-xx 

Power over Ethernet (PoE) clients periodically restart due to a brief PoE power interruption.
Such events affect all PoE clients on the same DFE port banks.
For each event, diagnostic messages appear in the Fault Log (5101), syslog, and 'show logging buffer' output for the affected DFE module. 

For example, here are logging buffer messages from slots 2-5 of one system, for one day:

<163>Apr 8 07:30:25 PdPoE[2.tPoEPwr]poeAccessUpdate (chipset 0): System status 2 get failed.
<163>Apr 8 11:57:58 PdPoE[3.tPoENotify]poePortStatusUpdate (chipset 0): Get ports 0-10 status failed.
<163>Apr 8 14:51:23 i2c[3.tPoENotify]i2cWriteReadPOE: status: -1 - Unable to transmit data to POE 1
<163>Apr 8 14:51:48 PdPoE[3.tPoENotify]poePowerThresholdUpdate: pdPoEGetModuleCalculatedPower() failed.
<163>Apr 8 08:22:32 PdPoE[4.tPoENotify]poePortCountersUpdate (chipset 0): Get ports 0-23 detection failure counters failed.
<163>Apr 8 10:31:25 System[5]PoE controller is not accessible. 

Upgrade to firmware or higher. 

Release notes state, in the 'Firmware Changes and Enhancements' section:
Power Over Ethernet (POE) may not be delivered to groups of 48 or 24 ports for brief periods of time. This is the result of an error in software which communicates with the microcontroller responsible for POE management. Attached POE powered equipment will power cycle and reset when this happens.
