Hi Experts,

I have issues on bootprelay function on my Summit460.

Topo as follows:
client server----(tag 983)Switch(tag 981)----Jumpstart server(DHCP server)

I have defined the Bootprelay on my switch but the DHCP relay fails all the time and I can see many dropped response.

DHCP Request = 6 DHCP Ack = 0
DHCP Decline = 0 DHCP NAck = 0

DHCP Information Option 82 packets statistics for virtual router "VR-Default"
Received from client = 3255 Received from server = 0
Requests replaced = 3255 Responses dropped = 4431
Opt82 added to Requests = 8390

Note: Default Remote-ID : System MAC Address

With a packet capture did you checked where exactly it is stuck during DORA process?
