Hello Zilmar,

Would you please provide the output from "show port stack-port rxerror"? Has the save ever worked properly or is this the first time trying?

Hi Patrick!

The save was working when they were standalone. We just took them off the box, updated and stacked.

The output is:
Slot-1 Extreme_CAE.18 # sh ports stack-ports rxerrors no-refresh
Port Rx Error Monitor
Port Link Rx Rx Rx Rx Rx Rx Rx
State Crc Over Under Frag Jabber Align Lost

Try to synchronize those slots using the command below:

"synchronize stacking slot 2"
"synchronize stacking slot 3"

Then reboot both of them. If you see any errors while executing these commands please share.

There were no errros running those commands, but I got the same errors when trying to save the configuration.

So, please open a case with our TAC. This is a better place to work on this topic.
