Error while saving configuration to the stack (X460-G2)

Hey, guys!

We're stacking four X460-G2 and while trying to save the configuration we get the following error:

Slot-1 Extreme_CAE.10 # save conf
The configuration file primary.cfg already exists.
Do you want to save configuration to primary.cfg and overwrite it? (y/N) Yes

So, please open a case with our TAC. This is a better place to work on this topic.

There were no errros running those commands, but I got the same errors when trying to save the configuration.

Try to synchronize those slots using the command below:

"synchronize stacking slot 2"
"synchronize stacking slot 3"

Then reboot both of them. If you see any errors while executing these commands please share.

Hello Zilmar,

Would you please provide the output from "show port stack-port rxerror"? Has the save ever worked properly or is this the first time trying?
