EXOS Alternative of CISCO's VTP & IP Route adding method Required

I have to configure 14 access switches and 1 core switch for a customer, I am from Cisco background and want to learn VTP & IP route adding configurations. I got familiar on EXOS with aaa, DHCP and basic vlan configurations. I want to connect all 14 switches with 1 core switch, implementing VTP so that VLAN creation on core switch may create VLAN on all switches just like VTP. Also I want to know route adding configuration details as well.

Hi Aneeq,

EXOS does not support VTP. It does support MVRP, but this requires at least two edge ports to be added to the VLAN first. Then MVRP will dynamically create the VLAN across the network. See the following GTAC Knowledge article for more information:
https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/Solution/VLAN-not-propagating-across-the-network-...

As for adding static routes in EXOS, see the GTAC Knowledge article linked below:

https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/How_To/How-to-create-and-delete-static-routes-in-...

Yes, MVRP is client to client.

is MVRP the exact opposite of VTP?
VTP pushes vlan created on core to edge switches in client server fashion. But in MVRP, vlans are advertised from edge to core.. is that how MVRP work ?
in summary its only to update the core with vlan information which is present on edge switches..
