Changes
Installed eight or more XFP modules (e.g. into two or more G3K-4XFP slot cards). 

Symptoms
The system will not boot up to stable operation. 

The system repeatedly reboots, with diagnostics ('show support') similar to:

Solution
Upgrade to firmware 6.61.11.0006 or higher.
Release notes state, in the 'Changes and Enhancements in 6.61.11.0006' section:
18676   Corrected potential continuous reboot condition when supporting 8 XFPs simultaneously.
