G-Series, all firmware

The switch is sending "smux interface number out of range" messages to a syslog server.

For example:

false   Info    ---     04/13/2010 05:36:51 AM   ---     ---     Event   ---
 SEC_MUX[246521280]: smux_api.c(590) 523 %% smux interface number (102) out of range
false   Info    ---     04/13/2010 05:32:35 AM   ---     ---     Event   ---
 SEC_MUX[254673488]: smux_api.c(590) 522 %% smux interface number (103) out of range

The system was attempting to determine if a port is in multi-user mode.
As viewable in the output of a 'show port counters' command, MIB2 interface numbers 98-103 represent the LAG aggregator instances.

This message may only be generated if the UPN logging level is set to 7(information) or higher.

Functions as Designed (FAD).

The reported condition is harmless, so no action is warranted.
