Hi Sabou

connect AP and C35 on the same Vlan and active a DHCP scope on this Vlan. After that the AP will be registred and approved by C35. Then you have to configure a Topology, Role, WLAN Services and relay all in a VNS service.

Hi Sabou

We would need a bit more information than what you have provided, some of these articles might help in the meantime:

https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/Solution/New-Access-Points-are-not-Connecting-to-the-Wireless-Controler/

https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/Q_A/Minimum-firmware-version-for-WS-AP3805/

You can also review the discovery and registration section of the online manuals:

https://documentation.extremenetworks.com/wireless/v10_41/UG/Wireless/User_Guide/c_discovery_and_registration_overview.shtml

If the above doesn't help, I recommend you get in touch with the GTAC directly.
