How to backup Enterasys S4 S-Series with netsight Inventory Manager

I already configure the Inventory Manager to make backup of the switch S4, but the inventory manager show   follow error "Device reported, operation failed". How can I handle this issue? 

Netsight 6.1.0.171

Can you confirm there is no firewall between the S4 and the NetSight server?

There isn't  any firewall between the S4 and the Netsight server. The other switchs in the network make backup normally. The windows firewall is off.

Can you verify the S Series management interface has connectivity to NetSight?

Also, can you verify the NetSight has read/write SNMP access to the S Series?

The management interface is already configured. I think that the cause of the problem is because the NetSight is in the version 6.1.0.171. How can i make backup and upgrade to version 6.3.0.182? Ara there some configuration to do before the installation?

6.1 should be able to build an inventory from S-Series,
-you should check at first if the S-Series get all instruction from NMS.

on the S-Series cli you see such event if you make an Inventory / Stamp New Version ,,

set logging here enable
set logging default severity 7
set logging application Security level 7
