How to check License activated or not?

Hi, all!

How can we check is License activated or not?
I mean that I have Voucher Number and want to check is Customer generate license?

In eSupport this feature very-very limited and there is don't shows all activated Vouchers.

Main question how Extreme Distributor (like our company) can see this information?
Because sometimes I generate license (I can see this) and sometimes license generate Customer (I can't see this)

I'm not sure I can answer that question, but I can confidently say this is something we are intending to fix in our new support portal.
I have an idea to experiment with on how to resolve your concern for this particular customer's account, but I don't want to discuss it here.

Hi Alexandr,

I think that the license information should be visible only for the entitlements owner, and not for all other regardless of who it is partner / distributor / customer.

If you are owner of the entitlement and don't see info direcly from you esupport portal just open a case.
