Is there any option to automaticaly discover links between AP and switches to be shown on OneView Topology Map?

Yes but as I suppose Ap's should be added to NMS Console as SNMP device to be shown with links on map.

I know you can turn on LLDP (on the AP) and all of the switch ports. The AP will then report the switch and port it's connected to.
