Solution/Workaround
For the 6.42 fix, upgrade to firmware 6.42.13.0002.
Release notes state, in the 'Changes and Enhancements in 6.42.13.0002' section:
17083   Addressed an issue whereby logging to the switch via Webview could cause a reset with a message similar to "edb_bxs_api.c(786) 202 %% Last switch reset caused by Fault(0x00000300) SRR0(0x01113A40) SRR1(0x0000B030) DMISS(0x13350104) IMISS(0x00000000) DAR(0x00000000) DSISR(0x0A000000)".

For the 6.61 fix, upgrade to firmware 6.61.06.0009 or higher (14480).
Release notes state, in the 'Changes and Enhancements in 6.61.06.0009' section:
17083   Addressed an issue whereby logging to the switch via webview could cause a reset with a message similar to "edb_bxs_api.c(786) 202 %% Last switch reset caused by Fault(0x00000300) SRR0(0x01113A40) SRR1(0x0000B030) DMISS(0x13350104) IMISS(0x00000000) DAR(0x00000000) DSISR(0x0A000000)".

Pre-upgrade workaround:
If Webview is not needed, then don't use it. It may optionally be disabled ('set webview disable').
