icmp time-exceeded rate limit

It appears there is some type of rate limiting for icmp time-exceeded messages. Is it possible to configure this?
lines 2, 3, and 4 are extreme switches x460/480, a traceroute:

  1    <1 ms    <1 ms    <1 ms  xxxxx
  2    10 ms     5 ms     *     xxxxx
  3     2 ms     3 ms     *     xxxxx
  4     5 ms     *        2 ms  xxxxx
  5    32 ms    11 ms     4 ms  xxxxx
  6    36 ms    18 ms     4 ms  xxxxx
  7    11 ms     7 ms     6 ms  xxxxx
  8     3 ms     3 ms     3 ms  xxxxx
  9     3 ms     3 ms     3 ms  xxxxx
 10     7 ms     7 ms     7 ms  xxxxx

Looks like it is a enable/disable only and timing is not configurable.. I am sure you could do some type of ACL to customize if you want..
