Good day, I have a sw A4 FW 06.71.03.0025 connected by optical fiber to a C5 FW: 06.71.03.0025 when no user response times are good 1ms, 2ms but when there is traffic on the network and users working times are than 1000ms or 2000ms. which may be causing this problem? as I can fix?

Hi,
try to disable flow control in the A4 switch (set flowcontrol disable). This helped when I've had the same problem.

Hi,

Already applied, but this problem continues.

There are lots of possibilities, but are you getting any errors on the inter-switch link? (show port counters on both ends)     Another possibility is that there is a multicast flood clogging up the link.
A "bad" user's NIC that is spewing out packets can foul things up too.
I am assuming the optical link is at least as fast if not faster than the attached systems...
