Hello,

Generally as long as the vendor follows standard RFC specifications we can integrate it into Extreme Control. Usually all vendors I've seen support at least RFC 3580 VLAN authorization.

Two articles you may want to keep in hand if you are integrating are the following:

https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/How_To/How-to-Configure-RFC-3576-5176-on-for-3rd-...
https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/How_To/How-to-configure-NAC-for-custom-radius-att...

Extreme Control may not have the sysObjectID to determine RFC 3576 configurations, and you may need to configure custom attributes to be sent. As long as the attribute exists in the freeRADIUS dictionary it's configurable in Extreme Control.

Thanks

I would say you can throw about anything using SNMP into Extreme NMS/Netsight and have some visibility and control. It's not likely you will be able to do all the day to day management functions. It would be more for monitoring purposes. Is that what you were after? Or did you want to *manage* the controller?
