Is there a way to list installed SFP module model numbers from the CLI in EXOS 16.1.3.6 on a X670V-48x?

I believe the command is
Debug Hal show optic information
There might be a dash in there.

You're right, David. 'debug hal show optic-info' should get this info.

is there a similar command available for the A-/B-/C-/S-/K-series?

That is a little tricky and once you filter though the results you should have a idea of the items
So as a standalone switch
Console Only Dev DumpSfp
When in a stacking 2 or more
You would run thesame ccommand above for the manager unit
But In order to see the other units components
This command only works on the manager switch
enableMemberDevshell
You can now move the console to each switches console and get the data

Please note:
You can run the following command if using telnet/ssh to get the feedback
set remote enable
