We have the 3605/3610 APs deployed in our classrooms. Teachers are having problems with Imagine Learning and we are trying to find out if it's a bandwidth issue on the wireless side. Is there a report in the Extreme C5210 controller that will display the bandwidth being used per AP?

Hi Laura,

The request for bandwidth utilization is collected over a period of time. You will need an application that periodically queries the AP/Controllers. Do you have anything (probably SNMP based application) that would do that?

If your still unable to resolve the core issue it might be worth getting a GTAC case open or you could validate the configuration and see if there are any changes you could make to help: https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/Q_A/What-are-the-best-radio-settings-for-my-envir....

Best regards,

I added EWC support to https://www.librenms.org/ a few months ago, it's Free software and will graph traffic on each AP interface.

Hello Laura, do you presently have Extreme Management Center (formerly Netsight) in your environment? If so, that is what I would use. You would click the Wireless tab on the left. Then Reports across the top. Then choose AP Summary, Top APs by Bandwidth, etc.

If you are restricted to what is offered by the wireless controller, can you tell us what your software version is?

Steve,
Did you do the trial license? I tried installing EMC but got a warning about needing 12 GB memory. Were you able to install the trial on your computer? Or did you have troubles?
