Digging back in my memory but If I recall some of the older power controller's on the 8000 chassis are not fully compatible with the newer psu's .... We ran in to something similar to this 3 or 4 years ago going from a old chassis a/c to d/c conversion.... We ended up replacing the chassis as the controllers were not serviceable (they can be removed but no real part number) Cleared things right up and in the end having a new chassis was the right choice because we now have 40 gig blades in that one and it was and original 8800 chassis that had C cards in it before the upgrade...

Hi Tamil,
The issue with the 8810 Chassis and 8900 modules only affects serial number codes 0533x-xxxxx or earlier. So yours doesn't have this problem.
That doesn't mean there isn't a potential problem with a PSU itself or the PSU Controller.

The only other potential issue I notice in your output above is that your input voltage is >55 VDC. The PSU should be supplied with -48VDC @ 50A.
Over time, voltage outside of tolerance can cause undue stress on components and lead to premature failure. I'm not saying that is the case here, but is a possibility.

In this case, I would suggest reducing supply voltage to 48V and seeing if the problem resolves itself. Beyond that, this would best be solved by GTAC.

The power supply was working fine previously without any issues , but last 20 days only we are getting the error logs.

We can send replacement PSU Controllers, but you're right, if there's an older 8810 chassis the "8900 Series" cards won't work.

Tamil, can you share the output of
code:
show version
? I can check to see if EtherMAN's hypothesis could apply.
