I have an enterasys C3G124-24 with firmware.
I enabled the console logging and file storage with the command "set logging local console enable file enable".
I have configured logging for applications:
SW-CORE(su)->show logging application

        Application   Current Severity Level  Server List
 89      CLIWEB                   6             1-8, console, file
 90      SNMP                     8             1-8, console, file
 91      STP                      8             1-8, console, file
 92      Driver                   8             1-8, console, file
 93      System                   8             1-8, console, file
 94      Stacking                 8             1-8, console, file
 112     UPN                      8             1-8, console, file
 118     Router                   8             1-8, console, file
 120     Security                 6             1-8, console, file

1(emergencies)  2(alerts)       3(critical)
4(errors)       5(warnings)     6(notifications)
7(information)  8(debugging)
¿Which is the file that is generated by the logging?.¿How i can read it?
Now, im my C3 there are a file named "current.log", but it is a old file, that have not changed for long time ago.
Thanks a lot.

As far as I unterstand the logging messages are send to a syslog server - the server will save it to the file.

D2_desk(su)->show logging local
Syslog Console Logging enabled
Syslog File Logging disabled

Check the "Enabling Console Logging and File Storage" section in the configuration guide.
