Netsight - Object doesn't support property or method 'setInnerElement'

Anonymous
Not applicable
Wondering if anyone has come across this before. This happens when clicking on OneView and then the Devices tab. The 'My Networks' appears under the 'Device Groups' but the 'Map' section is missing and where I believe the problem is?.

The only thing that I can think of that could have been contributory is that in NetSight console I added some new sub groups to a pre-existing group and moved the switches into each accordingly?

Could not load report.

I could delete the new groups and see if it corrects the problem but thought I would see if the community has any ideas first.

Thanks in advance

Hey Martin,

What version of NetSight are you running? There was a previous case of this error message that was fixed with the workaround for the diffie hellman weak encryption issue. You may want to try upgrading to 6.3.0.168.

Thanks
