Hi Danilo,

My name is Jeff Dudley and I work in the GTAC.

We may have a complicated root cause here and I would like to create a service ticket for you and work the issue from there.  Would it be OK for you to provide an email address I can use to create the ticket with?

Thanks and regards.

What was the solution to this? I am experiencing the same issue on a new install.

Thanks in advance,
Jeff

I think I got it. I pointed the remote of the gre tunnel to the switch ip address and not the tunnel address.

What do you mean with "switch ip address" and "tunnel address"?

I am experiencing the same issue on a new install here. Now I have this:
interface loop.0.1  ip address 172.100.0.1 255.255.255.0 primary
  no shutdown

interface tun.0.1  tunnel destination 192.168.168.153
  tunnel mode gre l2 ge.1.11
  tunnel mirror enable
  tunnel source 172.100.0.1
  no shutdown

In the tunnel interface, the 192.168.168.153 is the Purview IP address, and the source is the loopback interface from the switch.

You can also check my netflow config:

# netflow
set netflow export-interval 1
set netflow export-destination 192.168.168.153 2055
set netflow export-version 9
set netflow port lag.0.1-5 enable rx
set netflow port ge.1.1-8,27,45 enable rx
set netflow template refresh-rate 30 timeout 1
set netflow cache enable

We also activated "Collect Interface Statistics" in all physical and logical ports.
