The VLAN name is WCG_UPLINK-OAM

Does show fdb WCG_UPLINK-OAMVLAN show any fdb learned ?
show port 6 statistics show any packets received/transmitted ?
Any errors on the port (show port 6 rxerrors)

Paul is right I think. 
Missed the VR configuration for the VLAN. The VLAN is a part of the VR OM_CN.

Just try to ping with the command,

ping vr OM_CN and let us know the results.

Can you please show the ping results from the switch? Is it just not responding or are you getting an error like can't reach subnet? Sometimes you need to add the VR that you are pining from. Can you ping from the server to the switch? Thanks P
