Problem logging in to the Support Portal

Every time I try to log in to the Support Portal http://support.extremenetworks.com I get this fault :
"The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.[01:21:43]"
I'm using Google Chrome, if I use Internet Explore I will still get this message, but sometimes I will be able to log in and get to for example a .xos file download, but when I try to get it I will the get the same message.
Any body else have this problem ??

Use an incognito window, that should help.

Hi Tommy,
As Robert mentioned above, you should be able to get in if you use an incognito window.  This is a problem that our web team is aware of and is working to fix.
