Problem sign in to legacy support portal

Hello, I have problem to login to old support portal where are legacy products. Problem started after service was migrated to OKTA (Downloads for EOS, SecureStack, S/K/7100-Series, Wireless, Management, Control, Analytics, Security, WiNG, AirDefense and Legacy Products)

I have previous account and I also try to register new one, but without success. It takes long time and at the end it just says "Sign in failed!".

Please help.

Can you email portal@extremenetworks.com with a serial number or contract number for some of your Extreme Networks equipment? There doesn't appear to be an account we can place you under, so your account is stuck in the No Account Association status.
