Hello,

Is there a way to create a snmp v3 user, that has read-only permissions, on a C5210 controller? Thanks.

The IdentiFi must be configured for SNMPv3 and the Read-Only functionality must be configuresd on the SNMP Application.

Okay thanks.

Joshua,

Side Note: You can configure multiple accounts on the controller so that you have super user rights while less important people may only have read-only rights.
Thanks,

Joshua,
You have to configure a user name account on the controller.
You then have to give that account read-only permission on the SNMP Application
The SNMP app will then have access to the controller, but based on privileges, will be allowed various permissions. You should be able to configure accounts on the SNMP app for SU, RW, and RO functionality/access.
