Registering products on the new portal?

I was looking through the new portal, and found the assets list, which has some of my switches, but not all, and not a set of X440-G2s that I recently bought. Do customers still need to register serial numbers? I found several conflicting websites:

The Asset Management feature is not yet self-service James.  We're working on that so you can address right there on the Extreme Portal.

Let me check on this and report back on how to remedy for the two s/n you have that need to be registered.  I'll send you an email to get the details.

https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/How_To/How-to-register-and-or-Export-your-Serial-... is new but it doesn't work for me, using either my old extranet credentials or my new portal username/password.
