I did check with TAC and it appears this is an issue. At this point we do not have any time frame on a fix. As you may be aware we are releasing NetSight 6.0 which will give us the initial support for XOS products. The plan is to continue rapid development on NetSight to provide feature parody with Ridgeline.
Any customer who uses Ridgeline and has a service contract will be able to migrate to NetSight for continued support.
