Dear,

I Have on Enterasys B5G124624 switch, (FW: 06.71.03.0025, HW : BCM56514 REV 1, Bp : 02.02.51), when I enable routing inter vlan, using command ip routing, the switch accept command,, but I don't see it in configuration ( output of command show conf) and also there's no routing between my vlan.

I have a same problem in other switch.

Could you help me with this issue?

Thank you.

best regards

Hamid

Hi Christoph,

Thank you for your reply.

I find an issue, it's my mistake, I don't set port to vlan.

Thank you again.

best regards

Hamid

ip routing is enabled by default, so in config you will not see an entry.

Make sure, your IP interfaces are enabled (no shutdown). For troubleshooting, first try to ping the interfaces from inside the router mode. If this works, try to ping the interfaces of the B5 from connected hosts.
