how to configure Routing Between VLAN's on a 220 Series Switch.

I have a new 220 Series Switch and i have configured 2 VLans ( 100 + 200 )

Every VLAN is Routing enabled and has the IP . 192.168.100.1 /24 and 192.168.200.1 /24

The Internet Gateway is on the VLAN 100 with the IP 192.168.100.254/24

I have a DHCP Server activatet and created a pool for the VLAN 200. The Gateway for DHCP Clients was set to the VLAN IP . 192.168.200.1/24

When i connect a PC on a Port that is Untagged into VLAN 200, the PC get his IP Adress

..example 192.168.200.14/24 with Gateway 192.168.200.1

At the end i have created a Default route with :

0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.100.254 (Internet Router) VLAN 100 (next Hop Interface)

Result: from a PC into the VLAN 200 i can ping his own Gateway and i can ping the Gateway of the VLAN 100 ... but i can not ping an other address into VLAN 100 and i can not ping a public IP.

The packets will be routet but only to the Gateway of the next vlan into the Switch . and they will not leave the Switch ...

Where is my Brain Block ... 

Perhaps, someone of you has already made some Routing games with the 200 Series....

Hi Mate,

many thx .. that was my brain blocker .. it was to late yesterday.

I configured the reverse route from Internet router and all was fine.

Hi

You are misaing your reverse route from the gateway.
On 192.168.100.254 to get to the 192.168.200.x network goto 192.168.100.x. x would be the vlan 100 interface on your 200 series switch.
