S-Series power supply differences

Hello,
I just get the second power supply for S8 and I wonder why there are some differences coparing the old one. Please see the picture below - old one on the top of picture. 



I cannot find any information in that topic in documentation so I will be more than grateful for any sugestions.

This is pure speculation on my part, but it appears the extra connector is a test connector implemented by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the power supply.      You might figure out what each pin is for by taking the supply apart and look for any labels, but that would tend to void any warranty.    Alternatively you might figure out who the OEM is then check with them.
Extreme Network engineering might know, or maybe not.     Test connectors tend to be very specific for the individual device unless they follow some standard like JTAG.   Even then, you would need to know what that looks like for the individual device to get anything useful out of it.
