Sending the AP name in beacons

I came across a page detailing how to get APs to broadcast their name, which is very handy while surveying with Ekahau, and the AirCheck G2 v3 firmware added support for it too. For ExtremeWireless the AP name is only included when the AP LEDs are set to Identify, I've raised a feature request to be able to have on all the time since I found it very useful and having the LEDs flashing all the time is a bit distracting. There's also a command to do it on WiNG, ap-attributes-information include-hostname.

Anyway it's a handy feature I hadn't run across before that I thought people might find interesting.

Yeah, I linked it in my post. I'd never seen any mention of it before though, in the release notes or documentation.
